Agreement

By using CardLinks, you agree to these terms. If you’re using CardLinks on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of service

You will comply with applicable laws and avoid abusive or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew annually unless canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Integrations

When you enable third-party integrations (e.g., HubSpot), you authorize us to send data as needed to provide the integration.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardLinks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
