What counts as a conversion?
You define it. Lead form submission, booking confirmed, purchase completed — CardLinks captures whichever event matters to your business.
Do I need hardware?
No. You can start with QR code only. NFC tap cards are optional and available with paid plans.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. The Starter plan is free with no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro or Team when you're ready to scale.
Which CRMs are supported?
HubSpot today (contacts & leads). Salesforce is on our immediate roadmap. Zapier covers most other tools.
Can I run rewards on the Starter plan?
Reward automation requires Pro or Team. You can still run manual rewards on Starter — you just handle the delivery yourself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of the billing period. Annual plans cancel at end of the year. No penalties.
